Agricultural diesel is a type of fuel suited for powerful agricultural machinery and for operating small mechanical equipment used in farming. Additionally, this product is used as fuel for floriculture greenhouses and other agricultural activities.

From a chemical-physical perspective, the technical specifications of agricultural diesel are very similar to those of road diesel. This product is subject to different taxation compared to other petroleum products, which is why it is dyed green before sale. To purchase and use agricultural diesel, you need to meet the requirements specified in D.Leg. 504/95, 173/98; Law 662/96; D.M. 6/8/63.
